Established in Brunei (opened in 2009), and opening soon in Singapore, Baklasia offers hand-crafted baklava. Baklasia’s bakers are renowned for their blending of Mediterranean spices, nuts, and honey, combined with wholesome ingredients, inside layers of flakey fillo dough. 

Nuts, honey and dairy products used in the company’s recipes are sourced locally. Baklasia produces fillo dough on site, guaranteeing stringent quality standards are consistently met. Baklasia’ Baklava have a shelf life of three months or more.

Baklasia aims to establish locations throughout South East Asia over the coming years, as we continue our journey of spreading the 'Love of Baklava' around the world.
